Your card is charged immediately for your initial order. Depending on the KIND-LY Auto-Replenishment option you choose, your card will then be charged exactly 1, 2, 3, 4 ,5 or 6 months after your initial purchase.
Yes, you will receive a reminder email 3 days before your card is due to be charged for subsequent Auto-Replenish orders. You will also receive order confirmation and shipping notifications before your next shipment arrives. You can also log into your account anytime to view and track your upcoming shipment.
All KIND-LY subscription orders are shipped free! We currently only ship subscription orders within Australia and all orders are sent via our standard postage option with Australia Post which includes tracking.
Yes, all our products are available to purchase one-time only as well.
To sign up for KIND-LY Subscription products simply navigate to the page of your favourite KIND-LY products, select the subscription option and choose from the drop down menu when you would like to receive your KIND-LY. Continue through to checkout and agree to have your card charged at the chosen time interval. And that's it, you're all set to get your KIND-LY on! You will automatically be shipped your product and there is no need to place future orders.
All individual KIND-LY products available for KIND-LY Subscription will have a subscription option available on their product listing page. Bundles and kits are not eligible for KIND-LY Auto-Replenishment.
You can view all upcoming charges and shipments in your KIND-LY account page.
You can access your Customer Portal through your KIND-LY account login. If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout. Once your account is registered, you can login and access your Customer Portal by clicking on the Manage Subscriptions link.
Alternatively, you can access your account using the Customer Portal direct link. This link is normally sent in your Subscription Confirmation email and your Upcoming Order email.
You can add a product to your KIND-LY Auto-Replenishment Subscription via your account page. Once logged in, select the Subscriptions tab, then click Add Product. This will open a pop-up where you can search, view, and select additional products to add to your upcoming deliveries. You may also choose the frequency and first shipment date.
You can add an additional subscription product to your KIND-LY Auto-Replenishment 72 hours before your next order ships. However, you're unable to add any non-subscription products to an upcoming order.
Once logged in, select the Subscriptions tab to view the current subscription products. On the far right, you can select Swap and select the replacement product.
Not quite ready for your next shipment? Going away on holidays? You can skip a delivery in your account page.
Once logged in, click on Delivery Schedule on the left to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions. To skip a delivery, you can click Skip next to the delivery you would like to skip. Similarly, to unskip a delivery, you would click Unskip next to the order.
In order to cancel your KIND-LY Auto-Replenishment subscription, you will first need to log in to your account. Within the Subscriptions tab, click the Cancel link next to the subscription order you would like to cancel. On the following page, you will be prompted to enter a cancellation reason.

In theBilling Information tab you'll find the current method of payment along with the current billing address. However, this is not the same as the shipping address. You would edit the address in this section if your billing address has changed or if you need to update your email address.
To update your shipping address for your subscription orders, log in to your account, click on Subscriptions and click Edit to the right of the address. This only affects the shipping/delivery address, this does not update billing information related to the method of payment. You will be taken to a page where you can modify your shipping address fields.
We will replenish your KIND-LY faves automatically every 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 months. That means you'll never run out of deodorant again! Hooray! Simply choose the replenishment schedule that works for you and you’ll get 10% off each order plus free shipping within Australia every time. Your KIND-LY Auto-Replenishment will automatically renew on a recurring basis. At that time, your credit card will be charged automatically for the KIND-LY Auto-Replenishment products, until you cancel your membership.
