COVID-19 Update

Please note: Australia Post is experiencing significant delivery delays across the network due to increased demand during the Coronavirus pandemic. This especially relates to orders being sent internationally - with limited flights leaving Australia, there will be delays with international orders that are out of our control. Whilst our dispatch times of orders from KIND-LY HQ remains the same, you may encounter longer than normal delivery times with your orders by Aus Post. Your patience and understanding is appreciated during this time.

Shipping Fees

Postage cost will be automatically calculated when you add products to your cart and select your delivery destination. Please ensure that your postal address is correct when placing your order (specifically, please make sure that apartment numbers are included where required), as we are not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly supplied addresses. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrectly supplied address, further delivery costs will be charged to resend your order.

Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be dispatched from our Melbourne KIND-LY HQ. You will receive email notification with tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. Delivery times will vary depending on where you live. Within Australia, standard delivery via Australia Post to metropolitan areas usually takes 2-3 working days, whereas deliveries to Perth or regional areas can take up to 5-7 business days.

Melbourne Contactless Pick Up:

We are now offering contactless pick up services for online orders in Melbourne from our warehouse at CLIK Collective, 15 Cochranes Rd, Moorabbin, VIC 3189. Orders are usually ready for collection within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection. Pick up will be available from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (closed weekends & public holidays) at the reception area of CLIK Collective. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.

International Taxes/Duties

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Product prices and shipping prices are subject to change without notice.

Duty and tax thresholds vary from country to country – please check your local customs department for details.

Additional taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary and are charged when your package reaches its destination country. Please contact your local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied to your delivery. Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs charges, incorrect addresses, being unclaimed or any other reason will not be resent unless you contact us to place a new order.

If your package is returned to us, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your original payment, less our actual postage cost (which is more than what we charge customers) and a restocking fee of $5. If you wish for your package to be resent, you must place a new order to enable us to process.

Returns & Exchanges

Products purchased through a stockist must be returned to the retailer where they were purchased for a refund or exchange, according to the retailers return policy. We strongly recommend you keep your receipt and check individual retailers returns policy and conditions.

Please note, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for 'change of mind'. Once your order leaves our warehouse we are unable to grant a refund or exchange even if you have not opened your products. Our returns and refunds policy is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. If there is any issue with your products upon receiving them please contact us promptly and we will rectify the issue in a timely manner.
